In the organization of our events, we work hard to ensure the following goals are respected:
ECO AND RECYCLED MATERIALS
We use recycled paper, both in the office and for our clients. We offer options for promotional items and bags in eco, recycled or recyclable materials. We encourage the use of apps and digital services to reduce the use of printed materials.
USE OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We try to ensure that events are held in a venue that is integrated in the public transport network and with measures for energy efficiency and savings.
We promote travel in non-motorized means and/or ‘eco’ or ‘zero-emission’ vehicles.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY LOCAL SUPPLIERS
We work with suppliers that prioritize minimizing the use of natural resources and monitoring their environmental and social impact.
DECENTRALIZATION OF TOURISM
We redefine or expand the tourism offer in the cities where we hold events, encouraging the creation of new attractive proposals especially related to the creative, cultural, artistic, gastronomic, scientific or territory industries.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
Do you know what the best waste is?
Waste that isn’t generated. We try not to generate plastic waste or provide printed materials.
Our suppliers follow the same standards to minimize the environmental impact.
CARBON FOOTPRINT OFFSETTING
We analyze the environmental impact that our events generate in their different phases (design and planning, organization, execution and monitoring, disassembly and closing). We have a carbon footprint calculator on the websites of our events to offset CO2 emissions.
